This document governs the terms and conditions for using the website and making purchases at NKD Society (hereinafter, “we,” “our,” or “the store”), available at www.nkdsociety.com and managed from Madrid, Spain. By accessing and placing an order, the user (hereinafter, “you” or “the customer”) fully accepts these terms.

2. Business Activity
NKD Society is currently a brand dedicated to selling fashion products and accessories using a print-on-demand model. Each item is manufactured specifically after an order is placed, meaning we do not maintain any pre-existing stock.

3. Terms of Use and Purchase

The customer declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into sales contracts.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information when placing an order.

Prices are subject to change without notice, although changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

All prices include VAT, except in the case of typographical errors.

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders or orders that show signs of illegal activity.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (designs, images, logos, text, and other graphic elements) is the property of NKD Society or its respective rights holders. Its reproduction, distribution, or use without express written authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for service interruptions, technical errors, or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the products purchased, except as provided by law.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless otherwise required by law.
