Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At NKD Society, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size or color or provided incorrect shipping information. You are responsible for entering the correct information.

We confirm delivery when the carrier's tracking status indicates "Delivered."

However, there are specific circumstances in which you may be entitled to a refund or reshipment. How we handle your request depends on the status of your order and the reason for the refund or reshipment.

Situations that qualify for a refund/reshipment

- Defective or incorrect item (after shipment): We accept refunds or reshipments if you receive a defective or incorrect item after your order has been delivered.

- Prolonged non-delivery due to logistical issues: If the customer's address is correct, but the package has not been delivered for an extended period due to issues with the logistics provider, you can request a refund/reshipment and compensation for the delay. For specific rules, please see our Delay Compensation Policy page.

Note: If you provide incorrect or incomplete addresses and the logistics provider offers a redelivery without the package being lost, you may choose to accept the redelivery. However, you will be responsible for all storage, handling, and redelivery costs.

To report a defective or incorrect item: You must contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery (before your order status changes to "Completed"). Please provide your order ID number and clear photos or videos of the problem to our official email address: info@nkdsociety.com. After verification, our customer service team will apply the corresponding after-sales policy.

Refund/Reshipment Exemption Situations

We do not offer refunds or reshipments in the following situations:

- Incorrect Recipient Information: If the recipient information you provided (e.g., incorrect name, phone number, or address) is incorrect.

- Refusal to Cooperate with Customs: If the recipient does not cooperate with customs clearance in a timely manner (exceeding the response time set by local customs).

- Refusal to Pay Customs Duties/Taxes: Due to current shipping restrictions in certain Southeast Asian countries (including, but not limited to, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines), Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) is not available. Additional charges, such as customs duties/VAT, customs clearance document processing fees, and customs inspection holding fees, may apply. If you refuse to pay these taxes or fail to provide the necessary customs clearance documents, resulting in the goods being confiscated or destroyed by customs, additional port storage fees, or fines from the logistics provider, NKD Society assumes no responsibility and will not offer refunds or reshipment services.

- Delivery Refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept delivery, they will automatically forfeit ownership of the goods. No refunds or reshipments will be issued. Any resulting storage fees or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

- Force Majeure: Situations beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, or epidemic control measures.

Special Notices

This policy forms an integral part of the purchase agreement. By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted this policy.
