Shipping policy

1. Order Production and Processing
Since all products are made to order, production time is typically 2 to 7 business days. Once prepared, your order will be shipped via partner logistics companies.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Spain and Europe: 5–15 business days.

International: 10–25 business days (varies by country).

Note: Delivery times may vary due to logistical or customs issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping at NKD Society is always free.

4. Order Tracking
Each shipment has a tracking number. Once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it will be considered complete.

5. Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address. Address errors may result in delays or losses without the right to a refund (see after-sales policy).

6. Customs and International Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or local taxes beyond our control. The customer is responsible for these additional costs.
